Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Wilson County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
