Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request Rotating shifts.
