Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Huron County, Ohio. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time, day shift.
