Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Patrick County, Virginia. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
