Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Oredo, Edo. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
