Bakery assistant wanted in Arochukwu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Arochukwu, Abia State. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Meals and transport allowance provided.
