Rough terrain crane operator • Sardauna, Taraba State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Sardauna, Taraba State. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Strong attention to safety and load limits Rotating shifts.
