Captain waiter — Saint Clair County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Saint Clair County, Michigan. The job is in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
