Hoist operator wanted in Jones County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Jones County, Texas. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work Day to day you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control.
