Bricklayer — Leon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Leon County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
