Food and beverage server — Fika

Join our team: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Fika, Yobe State. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Part-time with flexible hours.
