Immediate opening: dough maker (Oklahoma)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Beaver County, Oklahoma. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
