We are recruiting: tree and shrub pruner (Zamfara State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Bungudu, Zamfara State. You will work in a botanical garden. The role involves plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Valid driving licence for travel between sites ₦1,000 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
