Now hiring: we are hiring a bar waiter in Ungogo, Kano State. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
