Site carpenter — Gokana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site carpenter in Gokana, Rivers State. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. On a typical shift you will erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience 2+ years on the tools preferred.
