Rough terrain crane operator wanted in Wharton County

Join our team: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Wharton County, Texas. You will be based on a busy construction site. The role involves grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
