Brick mason — Ifo

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in Ifo, Ogun State. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day to day you will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
