Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Warawa, Kano State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
