Immediate opening: groundsman (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Letcher County, Kentucky. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. Your main tasks: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Full-time with occasional weekends.
