Great opportunity: backhoe operator (Jigawa State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Hadejia, Jigawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance You should have: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
