What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Full-time, day shift.
