Kitchenhand • Ede North, Osun State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ede North, Osun State. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
