Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Yamaltu/Deba, Gombe State. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage On the job you will handle: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod 5+ years on the tools preferred.
