Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Pacific County, Washington. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
