Retail butcher — Mbatoli

Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Mbatoli, Imo State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Overtime paid at a premium rate.
