Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Patani, Delta State. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear 1+ years on the tools preferred.
