Landscape gardener — Athens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Athens County, Ohio. The role involves dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed. Requirements: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Valid driving licence for travel between sites $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift.
