Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Wukari, Taraba State. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
