Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Echols County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
