Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) You will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers.
