Powder spray gun operator — Vinton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Vinton County, Ohio. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
