Heavy equipment operator (dozer) • Taylor County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Taylor County, Texas. You will be based at an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain 3+ years on the tools preferred.
