Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Dala, Kano State. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
