Great opportunity: prep cook (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in North Tyneside, England. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 5+ years on the tools preferred.
