Halal butcher wanted in Forest County

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Forest County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
