Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec The role involves spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover.
