Join our team: cake decorator (Katsina State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kankara, Katsina State. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
