Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ukhrul, Manipur. You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Performance bonus on top of base pay.
