Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Scott County, Minnesota. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Meals and transport allowance provided.
