Digger driver wanted in Patrick County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a digger driver in Patrick County, Virginia. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. The role involves keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
