We are looking for physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request Part-time with flexible hours.
