Canteen cook • Bokkos, Plateau State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bokkos, Plateau State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Six days a week, one day off.
