Kitchen steward — Egbedore

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Egbedore, Osun State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦265,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
