Confectioner wanted in Jackson County

You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
