Fettler wanted in Ibarapa Central

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fettler in Ibarapa Central, Oyo State. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. The role involves fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry 2+ years on the tools preferred.
