Head baker wanted in Oju

Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
