Great opportunity: fry cook (Taraba State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Yorro, Taraba State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts.
