Banquet server — Silame

You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
