Urgent requirement: catering cook (Katsina State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Kankara, Katsina State. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
