Oven operator — Olorunda

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Olorunda, Osun State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
